This guide will help you understand the Elite Mentorship Program.


Welcome to the ELITE Mentorship program! We are so excited to get started and we cannot wait to work with you. 

As part of the Elite program you will receive:

  • 1 monthly strategy call with Amanda
  • 1 strategy or working call with a mentor
  • Monthly mastermind call
  • Priority Access to all VIP weekend events and 50% off the weekend fee 
  • 1 Monthly ESO Design Project or Writing Project (blog post or Lead Generator)
  • 1 Design Project
  • Email Series (nurture campaign or sales funnel)
  • Hands-on-training

Here are the team's calendar links to schedule your consults. Please schedule your consults at the beginning of each month. Failure to schedule your call for the month will result in loss of the call. 




What happens next? 

You will receive a monthly recurring invoice for the Elite mentorship. You will also receive an email with documents for you to sign via DocuSign.

Included in this manual is a branding form to get started on. This form will be helpful during the design process of your tasks.

In order to most effectively streamline communication and processes, please be sure to communicate with Lindsey and Brandon regarding questions and/or tasks. Our goal is to stay as organized as possible as we work to help you design and market your programs. We have a growing team of outstanding professionals and we are thrilled to serve you.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact our team! We are so excited to work with you! 


Your client details will be kept in a shared Google Doc for you to use during the program. The first line of communication is through the private Facebook community or email (projects@theagencyside.com). We do not use Facebook Messenger.  

You may ask questions, post updates, and share within the private community as often as you would like! Any emails sent will be answered in 1-2 business days during normal business hours.


You will receive an invoice when payment is due. You will have a 3-day grace period to fulfill the payment. Payments not received on or before the 3rd day (includes weekends and holidays) will incur a $25 late fee. An additional late fee of $10 per day will be incurred for payment delinquency on every day following the 3rd day. No services will be rendered until payment and late fees are paid in full. You have the right to suspend services at any time; however, your deposit fee and any cost associated with the program is nonrefundable.


Our team will meet with you via the Zoom video conferencing tool. We want to make sure you have a very productive meeting and make the most of your time together. 

You will receive a link to your call 24 hours prior.

Please be sure you have downloaded the Zoom application on your computer. You can use the Zoom app on your phone, but we recommend using a computer. At least 30 minutes prior to your meeting, you should check to make sure you can access the Zoom app so you won't have to forfeit any time during your scheduled meeting.  

Acuity calendar links will be emailed to you for you to schedule. We prefer to conduct these via Zoom, and will send you a Zoom link via email prior to the consults.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:

Please go ahead and make both appointments at the beginning of each month since calendars tend to fill up very quickly . If there are special circumstances surrounding your availability, send an email and we will work with your schedule. To cancel or reschedule a consult, you must provide 24 hours advance notice or you will forfeit the meeting. 



During the Business Accelerator, you may hear a few terms or systems that are new to you. We have provided a list below to help with understanding these items. 

Niche Market: The market you are targeting with your products or services. 

Ideal Client: This is your dream client. You solve their problems and target them through out your products, services, and website content.

Early Stage Offer (ESO): This is free content that you create for your niche market. Usually, this is a 1-2 page document that provides value and is related to a future program, product, or service you offer. 

Lead Page/Opt-in: This is a form you create to capture an email. Use lead pages to host webinars, webinar sign ups, sales pages, ESO opt-ins, challenge sign ups, video replays, thank you pages, and more.

Our favorite program: Leadpages ($25 per month paid annually or $37 per month paid monthly)

Sales Funnel: Used in email marketing to funnel readers toward a specific product or service. 

Newsletter platform: It is important to set this up before the course begins.

MailChimp : Free | Beginner | Limited capabilities

Active Campaign : $9 per month

Squarespace: Website creation site. Easy to use and customize websites. Drag and drop template. Beginner to Intermediate. $144 per year or $16 monthly.

WordPress: Website creation tool. Most powerful way to create your website or blog. Skill level: Intermediate. Free option available.

When we work on your projects, we ensure that all your designs coordinate with your current branding. This includes colors, logos, verbiage, and links. Even if you haven’t decided on a specific color scheme or logo, providing us with a few guidelines will help our team develop an early stage offer your clients will love! 

Please fill out the form below with your branding details. 

If you are unsure of your brand identity, create a Pinterest board with 40-60 pins that represent your ideal brand. This will give you a good idea of the direction you are going. Search keywords : branding, fonts, mood boards, design, rebrand, brand. Feel free to link this in an email.
