As entrepreneurs and freelancers we are pretty flexible. However, we do like to keep normal hours of operation and work by Eastern Standard Time. We are not open on weekends or holidays.

We understand that communication is so important and love connecting with our clients. Our love for social media is strong but the best way to contact use is via email.

Booking a project is quick and easy. Contact our team and you will be emailed in 1-2 business days to set up your first consultation.

Once the details are settled and payment terms are decided, we will send you an invoice and client agreement.

Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at our hourly rate of $80. Please note that we ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project timeline changes and additional charges.

Each website will include a small design credit for The Agency Side. As long as any design elements created or coded by us are included on the site, this design credit must remain in the footer. The Agency Side has the right to display and market all work completed as a result of the client agreement. Details listed may be changed or edited at any time as services change.

We recommend updating your blog and/or website every 6-12 months. We are happy to help make updates as your business grows and technology changes. Updates and reskin project costs vary.

We cover updates, backups, and up to one hour of edits and design updates per month. This additional package is tailored to your needs; please contact us to add this service or request a quote.

Any raw or original design files used will not be shared at the end of the project. 3 months after your project is completed, all files will be deleted. We are happy to keep your files longer for a $75 fee.

Designs: We hope that you are 100% satisfied at the end of your service with us. We truly appreciate your business and enjoy working with so many passionate entreprenuers. However, due to the nature of design work no refunds will be issued no matter the point in the design process. If you choose to terminate your design or mentoring program, you will have a credit with The Agency Side for the amount paid on the invoice.

All original designs and programs are protected under the copyright of The Agency Side. The Agency Side has the right to display and market all work completed as a result of the client agreement. Details listed may be changed or edited at any time as services change.
